Shipping & Tracking
All US domestic orders will be shipped via UPS Ground or FedEx Express. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.
Please allow 24-48 hours (1-2 business days) for orders to be processed and shipped. Orders placed on the weekend will ship on the next business day. Business days do not include weekends or US holidays. FedEx Express orders must be placed before 1pm PST/3pm CST in order to be processed for 2 day or next day delivery.
*For security reasons, we ship all of our packages with signature confirmation. If you would like to authorize a driver release or have the package held for pickup at a nearby FedEx location or Walgreens, you can do so by clicking "Manage Delivery" on the FedEx tracking page.
**PLEASE NOTE**: FedEx Standard Overnight Orders placed and processed Friday before the cut off time will not be delivered until Monday. We do not currently offer Saturday Delivery. Orders placed after our 1pm PST/3pm CST cut off time will be processed the following business day. If any shipping changes need to be made please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Sales Tax will be charged to CA & TX residents only. Shipping prices vary depending on size of order and selected shipping method. Prices for shipping can be seen in your shopping cart.
For all International orders, we ship to most countries. Upon checkout, please check to see if we are able to ship to your country. Unfortunately, we do not offer return shipping for International orders. International customers are responsible for any additional return shipping costs. Once your order has been shipped, an email confirmation will be sent along with the tracking information for your order.
