All US domestic orders will be shipped via UPS Ground or FedEx Express. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.
Please allow 24-48 hours (1-2 business days) for orders to be processed, and 1-5 days to be shipped. Orders placed on the weekend will ship on the next business day. Business days do not include weekends or US holidays. FedEx Express orders must be placed before 9am Pacific Time / 11am Central Time in order to be processed for 2 day or next day delivery.
*For security reasons, we ship all of our packages with signature confirmation. If you will not be available to sign at the time of delivery, you can opt to have the package held for pickup at a nearby FedEx location or Walgreens. You can do so by clicking "Manage Delivery" on the FedEx tracking page, or by calling FedEx directly at 1-800-463-3339 (1-800-GO-FEDEX).
**PLEASE NOTE**: FedEx Standard Overnight Orders placed and processed Friday before the cut off time will not be delivered until Monday. We do not currently offer Saturday Delivery. Orders placed after our 12pm PST/2pm CST cut off time will be processed the following business day.
Sales Tax will be charged to CA & TX residents only. Shipping prices vary depending on size of order and selected shipping method. Prices for shipping can be seen in your shopping cart.
For all International orders, we ship to most countries. Upon checkout, please check to see if we are able to ship to your country. Unfortunately, we do not offer return shipping for International orders. International customers are responsible for any additional return shipping costs. Once your order has been shipped, a shipment confirmation email will be sent along with the tracking information for your order.
MISSING, LOST, OR STOLEN PACKAGES
All of our packages are shipped using signature confirmation. Once your package has marked as delivered, we assume no further responsibility. If you do not receive your package after it's been marked as delivered, please contact FedEx immediately by calling 1-800-463-3339 (1-800-GO-FEDEX).
If the package has been marked as delivered and you did not receive it, we can file a claim, but we will not issue a refund unless FedEx pays us on that claim.
**Please note, Return labels are not provided to International customers. It is the customer's responsibility to purchase return shipping from a carrier most convenient for them.**
Proper will provide returns within 14 days from the delivery date. All goods must be returned in original, unused and resalable condition along with a copy of your original Proper receipt/packing slip. A refund will be issued in the original form of payment. A restocking fee of $10.00 will be deducted from the refund amount for use of our return shipping label. We will also deduct a $10 restocking fee for all packages that are returned to sender.
Please note that we cannot refund the original shipping charges. However, a full refund will be issued for items that have manufacturer's defects. To begin the returns process, please click the "Returns" button on the top right of our homepage. From there, you will need to enter your 5-digit order number and corresponding email address in order to generate a prepaid UPS return label.
Refunds will typically be processed within 5 business days of reception, but may not appear on your statement for one to two billing cycles. Sale items and other goods identified with "ALL SALES FINAL" descriptions are sold as is with all sales final. Proper reserves the right to decline your return if the above conditions are not met. In this case, we will send the goods back to the purchaser in the condition it was received and no credit will be issued.
