Returns & Exchanges
**Please note, Return labels are not provided to International customers. It is the customer's responsibility to purchase return shipping from a carrier most convenient for them.**
Proper will provide returns within 14 days from the delivery date. All goods must be returned in original, unused and resalable condition along with a copy of your original Proper receipt/packing slip. A refund will be issued in the original form of payment. A restocking fee of $10.00 will be deducted from the refund amount for use of our return shipping label. We will also deduct a $10 restocking fee for all packages that are returned to sender.
Please note that we cannot refund the original shipping charges. However, a full refund will be issued for items that have manufacturer's defects. To begin the returns process, please click the "Returns" button on the top right of our homepage. From there, you will need to enter your 5-digit order number and corresponding email address in order to generate a prepaid UPS return label.
Refunds will typically be processed within 5 business days of reception, but may not appear on your statement for one to two billing cycles. Sale items and other goods identified with "ALL SALES FINAL" descriptions are sold as is with all sales final. Proper reserves the right to decline your return if the above conditions are not met. In this case, we will send the goods back to the purchaser in the condition it was received and no credit will be issued. Unfortunately, our system is currently not equipped to process exchanges. However, upon receipt of your return a refund will be processed after which you can make a new purchase for the item or size you desire.
