RUKA - A coloring reminiscent of classic skiing is an eye-catching "RUKA". Cordura ripstop nylon which is surprisingly lightweight and excellent in water repellence, the combination of smooth surface texture and border-like quilting plus interest in design. For quilting, double stitching is applied, and the bottom surface, where dirt and friction easily occurs, is switched to nylon twill, making the details taking advantage of the characteristics of the material. In addition, all parts adapted to the fabric are made of plastic material, light stresses as well as stress during opening and closing and adjustment are reduced. The snap button opening and closing pocket provided on the front is a common design for the series, which is ideal for storing accessories with high frequency of removal.

All US domestic orders will be shipped via UPS Ground or FedEx Express. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.
Please allow 24-48 hours (1-2 business days) for orders to be processed and shipped. Orders placed on the weekend will ship on the next business day. Business days do not include weekends or US holidays. FedEx Express orders must be placed before 1pm PST/3pm CST in order to be processed for 2 day or next day delivery.
**PLEASE NOTE**: FedEx Standard Overnight Orders placed and processed Friday before the cut off time will not be delivered until Monday. We do not currently offer Saturday Delivery. Sales Tax will be charged to CA & TX residents only. Shipping prices vary depending on size of order and selected shipping method. Prices for shipping can be seen in your shopping cart.
For all International orders, we ship to most countries. Upon checkout, please check to see if we are able to ship to your country. Unfortunately, we do not offer return shipping for International orders. International customers are responsible for any additional return shipping costs. Once your order has been shipped, an email confirmation will be sent along with the tracking information for your order.
**Please note, Return labels are not provided to International customers. It is the customer's responsibility to purchase return shipping from a carrier most convenient for them.**
Proper will provide returns within 14 days from the delivery date. All goods must be returned in original, unused and resalable condition along with a copy of your original Proper receipt. A refund will be issued in the original form of payment. A restocking fee of $10.00 will be deducted from the refund amount for use of our return shipping label. We will also deduct a $10 restocking fee for all packages that are returned to sender.
Please note that we cannot refund the original shipping charges. However, a full refund will be issued for items that have manufacturer's defects. Please use the provided UPS return shipping label included with your original purchase to send returns back to:

Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of reception, but may not appear on your statement for one to two billing cycles. Sale items and other goods identified with "ALL SALES FINAL" descriptions are sold as is with all sales final. Proper reserves the right to decline your return if the above conditions are not met. In this case, we will send the goods back to the purchaser in the condition it was received and no credit will be issued.
