All US domestic orders will be shipped via UPS Ground or FedEx Express. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.
Please allow 24-48 hours (1-2 business days) for orders to be processed, and 1-5 days to be shipped. Orders placed on the weekend will ship on the next business day. Business days do not include weekends or US holidays. Overnight orders must be placed before 9am Pacific Time / 11am Central Time in order to be processed for 2 day or next day delivery.
**PLEASE NOTE**: FedEx Standard Overnight Orders placed and processed Friday before the cut off time will not be delivered until Monday. We do not currently offer Saturday Delivery for overnight shipping. Orders placed after our 9pm PST/ 11am CST cut off time will be processed the following business day.
Sales Tax will be charged to CA & TX residents only. Shipping prices vary depending on size of order and selected shipping method. Prices for shipping can be seen in your shopping cart.
For all International orders, we ship to most countries via FedEx International Priority. Upon checkout, please check to see if we are able to ship to your country. Unfortunately, we do not offer return shipping for International orders. International customers are responsible for any additional return shipping costs. Once your order has been shipped, a shipment confirmation email will be sent along with the tracking information for your order.
MISSING, LOST, OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once your package has marked as delivered, we assume no further responsibility. If you do not receive your package after it's been marked as delivered, please contact us immediately by emailing email@example.com
If the package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, and you did not receive it, we can file a claim, however we will not issue a refund unless the carrier pays out the claim.
